A BMW M5 is the high-performance version of the BMW 5-series and is marketed under the BMW M sub-brand. The E39 M5 is the third generation of this iconic sport sedan and was produced between 1998 and 2003.

The E39 M5 was introduced at the 1998 Geneva Motor Show, and it was the first M5 to be fitted with a V8 engine. This resulted in an increase in power to 294kW. Performance figures were impressive with top speed limited to 250km/h and zero to 100 km/h coming up in 4,8 seconds. An unlimited E39 M5 reached a top speed of well over 300km/h and the Nürburgring time was set at 8 minutes 20 seconds.

This specific car is a 2000 model year and has done only 37,500kms from new. It is in impeccable, like brand new condition and completely original. The list of optional extras is too long to mention. Finished in Titanium Silver with Black leather interior this must be one of the best examples available. Iconic M performance in arguably one of the best M5 versions to date!
