The Porsche 991 was the seventh generation of the Porsche 911 sports car. It was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2011. The 991 was an entirely new platform, only the fourth new platform for the 911 since the first car in 1963. Production of the 991 ended in December 2019 with just over 233 000 units produced.

The 991.1 GT3 RS was launched at the Geneva Motor Show in September 2015. Compared to the normal GT3 there are some significant changes. The roof is made of magnesium. Club Sport package is standard which includes the bolt in roll cage, preparation for a battery master switch, six-point harness on the driver’s seat and a fire extinguisher with mounting bracket. The car is also fitted with full carbon bucket seats, based on the seats in the 918. The 3.8L engine in the GT3 is replaced with a 4.0L engine, producing 370kW or 490HP. Transmission is PDK only. Other special features include declutching by paddle neutral, pit speed limiter button, rear axle steering and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus. Zero to 100km/h takes 3,4 seconds and the Nordschleife time is rapid 7 minute and 20 seconds.

The car is finished in stunning Lava Orange with black interior with orange stitching and orange alcantara seat inserts.
